I help you find the home you want in two key ways:

1) By finding out the specifics of the home you are looking for and then providing listings to you by email. I will update your listings immediately each time a new property comes on the market that matches your criteria. When you find homes that you want to see, let me know and I will arrange appointments to show them to you at a convenient time.

2) By providing you the ability to search a vast multilist size homes data base from my website. If you find homes that you are interested in seeing in this manner, I ask only that you contact me to show them to you when you are ready to start looking. Search for homes yourself.

 

As Your Agent, I Will:

  • Assure that you have access to all the properties in your areas of interest that meet your criteria.
  • Guide you through the entire home buying process to the closing. 
  • Make sure you don't pay too much for your new home and help you avoid other costly mistakes.
  • Provide you with a free home warranty to protect you from major home and appliance repair costs for a full year.
  • If you currently own a home, perform a Market Analysis (no charge) so you know its value when you put it on the market.  
  • Provide you access to answers to your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the community, and more. 

To Start Looking For Your New Home:

  • Check your credit rating. Address any problems and straighten out any errors.
  • Determine the amount you wish to put as a down payment and an approximate monthly housing budget for your new home including mortgage, taxes and insurance.    
  • Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-approved so you know the price range you should search in. I can assist you in getting pre-approval. 
  • Determine what areas best matche your needs.
  • Identify important features you need your new home to have.

Closing Costs to Expect:

  • Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
  • Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other surveys and inspections as applicable.
  • Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
  • Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and private mortgage insurance if applicable.
